Giantborn Apparel will accept items returned in their original condition, hassle free.
To clarify, we cannot accept:
Damaged items
Items covered in hair
Stained or discolored items
Items that have been washed

Returns and Exchanges
Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Delivery charges are nonrefundable, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs. Items returned after 14 days will not guarantee refund, but customer will be offered store credit. For return shipping, please package and ship appropriately. The customer is responsible for items damaged or not received during return.

Faulty or Wrong Items
Please notify giantbornapparel@gmail.com with any faulty or wrong items received. Customer has 30 days of receipt to report faulty or wrong items. We will assist you in return process/exchanges/refunds.
